Manually entering judge strikes

If your tournament is using debate judge strikes, normally coaches will register their judge strikes using the online judge strike system; however, as tournament admin you can also update judge strikes manually.

Step 1: Entries->Constraints / Strikes

From this page select the Strikes action on the left menu. 

You can then select the school and the debate entry from the drop downs.  The list of judges will then appear for you to update the strikes.

Click on the checkbox for each judge and then click update when you are set. You'll receive a confirmation that the judge strikes were updated along with the total number of strikes saved.

NOTE: this admin page will allow you to exceed the total number of strikes set in the judge strike configuration.  In rare circumstances tournament directors may allow teams extra strikes.  Please be careful with manually adjusting strikes.
