Fellowship Award Ballots

If your tournament is offering Fellowship awards for students to vote on, you can easily generate paper or electronic ballots.

1) Pair/Section->Special Award Ballots

2) Select the award

First, select which special award you want to generate ballots for:

3) Generate Ballots

You can then select to send the ballots to screen (best for viewIng), PDF (best for printing), or to student's cell phone/email.

NOTE: only students with valid cell phone numbers and/or email addresses saved on the student roster will receive ballots via text or email. 

If you send to Screen or PDF you will see each student's ballot along with a unique code. You can use this code when tabulating the ballots if you print out ballots.
