Sending eBallot Feedback to Coaches and/or Students

Following your tournament, you may want to directly send eBallots to coaches and/or students. 

NOTE: eBallots will only be sent to students who have verified email addresses saved on ForensicsTournament.net. This is to avoid spamming email addresses with a bunch of eBallots. You can ask coaches to verify their student emails from their student roster. You can also send out the Test emails asking students to verify via Contact->Verify Email/Text.

Due to size constraints, eBallots can not be sent via text message. 

1. Go to Contact->eBallots

2. Send by School, Event, or Competitor

You can then choose whether you want to send eBallots by school, by event, by competitor.

By School

This option will let you send all eBallots to a school's coaches and/or students. This option would be good if a coach is unable to send out eBallots and you can do it for them.  Select a school, select coaches and/or students, and click send. Note that you can also select "**All Schools" to send eBallots to all schools registered. 

By Event

This option will let you send out eBallots to a school's coaches and/or students for a particular event. Note that you can select "** All Events" to send out eBallots for all events at the tournament.

By Competitor

This option will let you send out a particular competitor's eBallots to a school's coaches and/or student. Note that you can select 'all competitors' to send eBallots out to all students at the tournament.
