Importing Rooms

You can now easily import rooms from prior tournaments.  This can be helpful if you are running a swing or if your tournament this year uses the same rooms as last year.

First, go to the Setup->Rooms page 

Click on the "Import Rooms" section.  You'll see a drop down that will have all the tournaments where you have been added as an admin.  Select the tournament and click "Import Rooms."

NOTE:

• By default, all the rooms will be marked as available for all schedule blocks.  You can edit that on the "Scheduling" section. 
• No event targeting will be imported since the events are different  in the two tournaments.  You can update that with the "Event Targeting section.
• No ADA Competitor or ADA judge information will be imported. Please set those for the tournament under the ADA rooms section.
