School Contacts

To view contact information for all the registered schools at your tournament view School Contacts

1) Admin->Contact->School Contacts

A list of every active school's coaches — name, email, phone — with a column showing whether each one is currently a designated contact for this tournament. Below the table, you'll also find ready-to-copy semicolon- and comma-separated email lists of just your designated contacts, handy for pasting into another email client.

Update Contacts

1) Admin->Contact->School Contacts->Update Contacts

Schools may designate which of their coaches should be contacted for a specific tournament. If you need to update that information you can click the update contacts button:

You can then update which coaches should receive notices from the tournament. This can help ensure only the relevant coaches are receiving notices.

Check the boxes for the coaches who should receive notices and click Update Contacts.
