Program Questions

Program Questions allow you to ask programs a registration question - such as, when will you be arriving at the tournament - and have the coaches answer them during registration.

1) Admin->Setup->Program Questions

Create a question with a short label (10 characters max — this is used as the internal identifier, so keep it concise and unique), the actual question text, and a type: text, radio, or checkbox (radio/checkbox need you to define the answer options).

Program questions can be used for questions like 'What day is your program arriving at the tournament'? or 'How is your program going to pay for the opening banquet?'

2) Admin->Entries->Schools->Reports->Program Questions

To view the answers the schools entered for the questions go to the Schools->Reports page and click on Program Questions. You can sort any of the columns by clicking on the table header. You can also filter the rows by typing into the search box at the top.

The above tournament asked programs which tournament hotel they were staying at, how they were going to pay for the hotel, and the Director of Forensics (DOF)'s phone number.
