Hotel Registration
Some tournaments (such as Phi Rho Pi) need to collect hotel registration information which then gets turned into the hotel.
NOTE: this feature does not actually reserve hotel rooms for program -- it merely collects data for you.
1. Turn on Hotel Registration (Setup->Tab Settings->Tournament Settings->Advanced)
2. Setup Hotel Registration (Setup->Hotel Registration->Setup)
(Note that this menu option is only available when hotel registration has been turned on in step 1).
You can set a message for coaches to see, the earliest arrival & latest departure dates, and whether you need coaches to mark if the hotel rooms will be competition rooms.
3. Update Status (Setup->Hotel Registration->Status)
This section allows you to control (independently of overall tournament registration) whether or not coaches can make new hotel registrations and/or edit/delete existing. This can be helpful if you need to gather this data before you want to turn off registration.
4. Coaches can now register hotel information on the Registration page.

5. View Hotel Registrations (Entries->Schools->Hotel Registrations)
This page will allow you to make any edits that you need in case coaches send in changes.
6. View Hotel Registration Report (Entries->Schools->Reports->Hotel Registrations)
The report will calculate the number of arrivals, hotel nights, and departures each day along with giving you a searchable and sortable table of all hotel registrations.
